Electric heaters can easily overload your electrical outlets so make sure you have a good surge protector.
No one heater can be called the best space heater because what's good for one may not be for the other. No one space heater will be able to fill all the different needs. Even within the same house, people will have different needs. If you want to snuggle up and be cozy when you're watching TV, get a small radiant heater to put at your feet. A heater with a fan is good when you want to heat a whole room quickly. Portable space heaters are well worth the investment that you make.
